Behind the Scenes: Valerie’s Graduation Photos (Class of 2021)

Another graduation photoshoot for the books! Over the long weekend, I got to photograph a recent graduate student, Valerie. Valerie earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy! Awesome!

Here are some photos! It was taken from around 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The sun was pretty hot, but we did our best to work with the lighting we had. I did my best to keep Valerie in open shade and avoid the harsh sunlight. We were at a park, so finding open shade was a little challenging. I found some spots by the trees and got some even light, so that was nice!

I love how the white dress goes well with the green gown and grass.

And here’s the lens I used during the photoshoot:

Canon 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM Lens

I also have some fun graduation stickers; here is the link to them!

Congrats, Valerie and the Class of 2021! For bookings and collaborations, you can contact me here.
