Behind the Scenes: Fun New York Fashion Photoshoot

Here is a fun little New York throwback from 2018(!!!). My friend Julie and I took the bus up to Chelsea’s Market. We also stopped by the Whitney Museum and walked through Chinatown. Along the way, we met up with some of Julie’s friends and had a unique fashion photography session in the city. Shoutout to Julie for coordinating this! Take a look at some of the amazing, New York images.

Julie

Like I said before, Julie and I went up to New York for the day. We went around the city and snapped some images. I think this was around the Whitney Museum area.

Joanne

Before I begin, can we just take a moment to appreciate this colorful ensemble that Joanne has on?! Looks soo good! I adore how the colors are popping in the backgrounds as well through the market flowers and the painted walls.

Dita

Here’s another shoutout to the Dita’s laid-back outfit! These images are super fun. I got to play around with the composition and lighting/layers.

Now, let’s put the magical composition, light, and colors together to create some creative images.

Here are my top favorite images from this session! I just adore the pops of color from the walls, the interesting composition, and the cityscape of these images. And the fashion is top tier! Love the outfits!

Here are some linked products I used during the photoshoot:
