Behind the Scenes: How to Craft a YouTube Banner Image with Creative Props

I’m back with another behind the scenes of a flatlay photo session! This year, I want to work on creating more content and even posting on YouTube. With that said, I wanted to refresh my YouTube banner art, so I gathered some of my favorite everyday things to create a flatlay. I want to make sure that the items are close in proximity because the banner has limited space. Here’s a little sneak peek at a couple of options for my page.

Team Blue🩵

To begin this photo session, I happened to gather my blue-hued items. It’s so fun when things just work out! For both photos, I laid out the gray, neutral blanket which works as a nice background for the flatlays. The blue pops nicely in the sea of the neutral colors.

Team Pink🩷

Again, I happened to go with a color scheme. This time, we have some lovely pinks. The black and pink compliments each other really well. The gold heel on the perfume also adds a little razzle-dazzle. Also, peep my “Smile in the Camera” sticker!
