I have another beautiful family portrait session to share! Another phenomenal photo session with another classmate in my school psychology program! Normally, I like to do outdoor and natural lighting photos, but this was a nice change of pace with the indoor photos (it’s also nice during the winter time to stay warm!). Take a look to see the heartwarming winter family portraits with the Pattersons!

We started the session on the couch by the window (we love having natural light!!!). We wanted to keep it nice and cozy. Plus the blanket makes it extra snuggly!

To get into the Christmas mood, we played some Christmas music in the background and moved towards the tree. I love the way that the family is taking a look at the stunning ornaments on the tree and capturing candid moments. Make sure to take a look at the behind-the-scenes videos!

In addition to the Christmas tree, there was a gorgeous garland draped around the entertainment console. It makes a nice little appearance on the close-ups of my little friend here!

Lastly, another winter decoration that was added to the images were the stockings in the background. It adds the nice last touch of Christmas to the photo session!

Here are some linked products I used during the photo session:
- Canon EOS R6 Mark II Camera
- Canon RF50mm F1.8 STM Lens
- SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SD Card
- ULANZI Camera Hot Shoe Phone Holder Tripod Mount Adapter w Cold Shoe Mount
- “Christmas Time Is Here” Spotify Playlist
