Happy birthday! I can’t believe we made it another year. It feels like this birthday crept up on me, so I haven’t really planned to celebrate. I got my little birthday treats, but kept it pretty chill at home.

We had a two-hour delay at school, so I took my time getting ready this morning. I finally look somewhat presentable after being at home for a whole week!

In true counseling department fashion, I got to celebrate my [belated] birthday with some of my co-workers! One of our front office staff members creates these beautiful cards for our birthdays! She said she chose the colors because they’re my favorite (pink, blue, and purple) and the butterfly reminded her of how I “flutter” around the school. 🦋💕so sweet!
